fire and rain

i did some reading on cat stevens a while ago. i ve known some of his songs for some time and they are all just terrific of course. and i watched that perfect film called harold and maude some months years back where he made a soundtrack to. however i didn t know any of that totally fascinating history with all those near death experiences and going all yusuf islam. which seems wild. en tout cas now i know. i also heard somewhere that he d release a new album in many many years. still these songs here represent one flash of his genuity.
